True Blue

 Dan wanted to celebrate his birthday this year by having a few BYU fan friends over to watch the BYU vs Texas game with him during his "family party".  We ordered cable just for the 4 months of BYU football.  It was fun to watch the whole family join in the excitement as Emily made a "flag" from a big stick and paper that they took turns parading across the room, chanting the fight song whenever there was a great play.  At half time they were so engrossed in playing football in the backyard it took some coercion to bring them in for cake and ice cream which was ironically Texas Fudge Cake... We literally ate up Texas :)

 A couple of Dan's red-shirted friends are not quite as die-hard BYU fans as he is.
